I will keep this song in mind as I move on with my life. I don’t need Celimene or Alceste! I am a strong, independent woman with a strong connection with God. Like Kelly Clarkson says: “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger! Stand a little taller! Just because I’m alone doesn’t mean I’m lonely.”

“Lord, be with me as I prepare for travel. Calm my fears so that I can begin this trip rested in mind and body. Keep me alert for any dangerous situations I might encounter so that I might arrive at my destination unharmed and secure in the knowledge that, when my trip is over, You will always be there to guide me safely. Amen.” Another of my favorite prayers. I will be gone for quite a while, see my last post. This prayer will keep me strong and safe as I begin my journey. Amen!

I have decided to move to a place better suited to my needs. Now that Alceste has “fled this bitter world where vice is the king” to “seek some spot unpeopled and apart where [he’ll] be free to have an honest heart” I think I shall do the same. Alceste is gone, Celimene despises me, and it seems that people constantly gossip about me. This is not a place that I wish to be, and so I will be moving to a convent to grow closer to God.

Alceste how could you!

Alceste is so absurd! He has chosen Celimene over me! I will never understand their relationship; he is just one of “Celimene’s discarded gigolos”. I was upset and told him “women like me are not for such as you. Stay with this creature to whom you’re so attached; I’ve never seen two people better matched.” But I didn’t really mean it! I don’t understand where I went wrong, I tried to get his attentions, but he spurned me and turned me down for that tease! Oh, woe is me!

Contraception Controversy

I am so disgusted with the government! This article shows exactly why. It is now under insurance to provide contraceptives at all hospitals, including the good Christian ones. This is just unacceptable! The Good Lord said that life begins at conception, and these pills violate my values. This personally offends me. I hope that you all will look at this as it is an important issue.

And I must say, it is all true! As for my behavior, there is nothing to critisize. I’m always polite and well- mannered!

My girl Halle Berry is finally getting her act together!

Halle Berry is launching an affordable shoe line!  Unfortunately, the line will only consist of women’s footwear, but I can’t wait to see what’s been designed!  I Will be at the unveiling in Germany.  I heard Celimene will be there, so I’m hoping to impress her with my taste in footwear.  Acaste, I think you will be interested in these shoes, and to the beautiful Celimene, I hope to see you at the unveiling!

My Dear friend Clitandre, These words that you have throw at me have upset me. On the subject of wooing Celimene, I have some ground to think so. You must keep in mind that you are not the her only suitor. I have decided that I will also be attending the footwear show. However choice may be the lady’s favors, I think, thank God, my value equals hers;I shall see you at the show Clitandre. And make sure not to embarass yourself this time.

 I must say that these shoes are quite improper. They are much too revealing! How can one be polite and devout while looking like a (pardon my French) streetwalker. While Celimene makes fun of my values and says: “When all one’s charms are gone, it is, I’m sure good strategy to be devout and pure” this is utterly false and all I am doing is standing up for my morals, and my morals say that these shoes are an atrocity!

” Oh I just love this prayer! Religion is very important to me, since I am so pure and proper. I feel like this prayer really relates to me; it keeps my faith unwaivering. Some people may make fun of me and say “Your prudery and bustling zeal appear to have very slight appeal. Your affection of grave demeanor, your endless talk of virtue and honor, the aptitude of your suspicious mind for finding sin where there is none to find.” I just find this to be unfair and untrue!
